The TECTUM AIR is a safety helmet with closable ventilation openings and versatile application options. It meets the requirements of EN 12492, EN 397 (with ventilation openings closed), and ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I Class C. A wide range of optional accessories allows the helmet to be adapted to different work applications. The helmet shell is made of lightweight and durable ABS plastic, while the interior is constructed from impact-absorbing EPS material. Integrated Euroslots, headlamp clips, and additional attachment points allow various accessories to be fitted. The adjustable chin strap and the stowable Wing Fit system with rear adjustment dial support an individualized fit as well as secure and comfortable helmet positioning.

Wing Fit system
WING FIT: Innovative closure system with rear adjustment dial. The webbing cradle can be quickly adjusted to fit all head shapes by turning the dial. During transport the cradle tucks away into the helmet.

EDELRID offers a range of products with integrated NFC transponders. These are small, robust, and have been specially developed for use with PPE products. They communicate in the HF frequency range (13.56 MHz) and can be read using appropriate readers or NFC-enabled mobile devices.
