In addition to training in rope access techniques and in the use of personal protective equipment against falls from a height (PPE), we have been able to further improve the area of "expertise for personal protective equipment" in accordance with DGUV principle 312-906 through the Edelrid Academy Partnership and raise it to a fresh and higher level.

The Safety And Rescue Academy (S.A.R.A.) of Hailo Wind Systems has been conducting cross-industry training in realistic working environments for many years. All safety training is conducted by experienced trainers. With a fully equipped training centre and, among other things, a 16m high training tower, around 30 advanced training courses and online courses are offered on wind energy, special rescue, PPEgA, first aid, cranes, access technology, high-bay warehouses, fire protection, fire extinguishing and working at height or in confined spaces.
The IAPA (International Adventure Park Association) is the umbrella organisation for adventure parks and high ropes courses and the link as well as the lobby for operators, inspectors, construction companies and manufacturers.
IAPA is divided into 4 sections: IAPA TRAINING, IAPA PROTECTION, IAPA PROTECTION and IAPA CERT.
The IAPA TRAINING department offers a comprehensive training programme for operators and their staff with the aim of anchoring more safety and quality in adventure parks. The SIZ Training and Information Centre for Fall Protection Technology was founded in 1999 and has stood for high-quality training and further education in the field of working at height for over 20 years.
In our excellently equipped training centre, we offer all training courses relating to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), fall prevention and rescue. Furthermore, our field of activity focuses on the assembly and safety testing of anchor points, safety systems and rescue equipment as well as the testing of PPE and the associated expert training.
Located on the North Shore of Vancouver, British Columbia, you will find our custom built working at height training facility and equipment retail store.
