Screw-lock carabiner with additional locking of the sleeve provided by the PermaLock locking mechanism. The integrated push-lock function can be used to block the rotating sleeve. This allows the HMS BULLET PERMALOCK to combine the security characteristics of a category 3 locking carabiner according to DAV requirements with the ease of use of a standard screw-lock or snapgate carabiner. Its oval shape is suitable for use with rigging plates, pulleys, ascenders and anchor points.
