The Dyneema® content in the fabric makes the DY.EN.A PANTS up to 66% more tear resistant than comparable pants made from classic jeans fabric. The fabric is also particularly abrasion resistant, making the jeans extremely durable. At the same time, the comfortable cut and the stretch enabled by the integrated, highly elastic T-400 fibers provide excellent freedom of movement for tricky climbing moves. The slender closure with a slot button and the embossed logo on the seat pocket round off the pants.

The SALATHE LITE is almost another 20% lighter than its big brother! We have achieved this weight reduction by replacing the classic ABS shell with Curv®, the latest generation of an extremely high performance, thermoplastic material. It has similar properties to fiber-reinforced composites like carbon: good rigidity, high tensile strength, and exceptional impact resistance—all with a very low weight.
Highly robust belay carabiner with the proven steel insert from our Bulletproof series. The integrated spring bar reliably prevents the carabiner from twisting in the tie-in loop so as to eliminate the risk of cross loading. In addition, the bar can only be opened if pressed from above, preventing the tie-in loop from accidentally changing position. Thanks to the compact design and slide gate closure, however, the HMS BULLETPROOF BELAY ECO still has a slender profile and can be operated one-handed.
