LITERIDER LEDGE FLY

The all-weather canopy for the LITERIDER LEDGE! When an approaching storm is moving in quickly or the rain even starts to fall, the LITERIDER LEDGE FLY offers a dry and surprisingly spacious shelter on the wall. It comfortably accommodates four people when seated or two people lying down. An ultra-light pole system forms the FLY’s basic framework, creating a much more spacious interior than a conventional A-frame. This special design makes it possible to sit upright in every corner of the portaledge rather than just along the wall side as usual. Access is possible via both short sides, and two large vents ensure optimum ventilation. The panoramic window on the front grants spectacular views to everyone inside. Thanks to its taped seams and waterproof material with a 20,000 mm water column rating, the FLY is both fully waterproof and able to withstand high winds: A continuous drawcord can be adjusted from the inside to keep the wind out, plus a double diagonal tensioning system significantly minimizes flapping. Both the wall-side longitudinal poles and the corners are reinforced with robust abrasion protection. And if the weather remains unpredictable, the FLY can simply be placed in a compression sack between the LITERIDER LEDGE and the anchor point, so it is quickly to hand if needed.
