  • Description

    Tried and tested, technically sophisticated 12-point crampons with replaceable front points. The BEAST AUTO offers an outstandingly modular design and is suitable for all uses thanks to the longer toe and heel units.

    • Extremely lightweight and robust 3-D design
    • Robust anti-bot plates included
    • Hardened steel front teeth with patented grinding for the ultimate bite in steep ice
    • Intelligent interchangeable system: separate front teeth for quick and easy (single-bolt) adjustment from double to mono point
    • Recommended area of use: vertical to overhanging mixed and ice climbing routes and steep north faces
    • Resistant spring steel bridge
    • Stable support (even as monopoint) for all ice types (cauliflower, chandelier) thanks to the special point geometry and positioning.
    • High-quality steel with wear-resistant coating
    • Shoe size (short spring steel bridge included): approx. EU 34 – 45. Optionally available with long spring steel bridge: EU 42 – 50 (optionally available separately). Please note: The sole length of shoe models from different manufacturers can sometimes vary greatly. The shoe sizes specified can therefore not always be guaranteed
    • Easy to adjust size and change bindings without tools
    • Steplessly adjustable automatic binding suitable for crampon-proof mountain and ski boots
    • Including front soft binding for quick conversion to a semi-automatic binding, suitable for partially crampon-proof mountain boots
    • Innovative safety strap buckle with quick release function and optional rear safety backup as well as low tendency to ice formation for optimal usability, even with gloves
    • Safety strap with strap keepers to fix strap material can be opened completely
    • Compatible with all EDELRID binding types and crampon parts (optionally available separately)
    • Comes with two additional short frontal points for reduced leverage on rock and mixed climbing routes
    • Technical crampons for use in demanding mixed and ice climbing tours and technical mountaineering
